Ho acquistato un appartamento adiacente al mio per vivere meglio, con mio figlio, che sta crescendo.

La casa sarà più grande così da vivere connessi ma ognuno coi propri spazi.

 

Risultato

La zona di connessione, quella del soggiorno e della cucina, è quella che ha richiesto il nostro restyling per unificare gli spazi ed il linguaggio dei due appartamenti.

Eliminata la parete di divisione – gesto catartico di apertura verso il nuovo futuro- passato e futuro sono stati ricuciti con un linguaggio comune.

 Per farlo abbiamo utilizzato una tappezzeria gessata molto maschile, ma tattile, con la quale abbiamo fatto rivestire muri e porte. Poi l’abbiamo illuminata da un segno luminoso incassato in un cassonetto che nasconde impianti e falsatrave strutturale.

Dietro al nuovo portale il tavolo con sopra due nuove lampade la cui presenza è contrassegnata dal segno grafico dato dai fili che passano a plafone.

The house will be bigger so we can live connected but each  with their own spaces.
Result
The connection area, the living room and the kitchen, is the one that required our restyling to unify the spaces and the language of the two apartments.

Once the dividing wall has been eliminated - a cathartic gesture of opening towards the new future - past and future have been stitched together with a common language.

To do this we used a very masculine but tactile pinstripe wallpaper, to cover the walls and doors.  Then we illuminated it with a luminous sign embedded in a dumpster that hides systems and structural beams.

Behind the new portal is the table with two new lamps on it ,whose presence is marked by the graphic sign given by the wires that pass to the ceiling.
