Abbiamo deciso di trasferirci nella natura in una cascina tutta per noi. E' storica e vogliamo trasformarla per migliorarne la vivibilità senza ledere la sua magnifica architettura

 

Risultato:

utilizzando la detrazione del Superbonus si è intervenuto esclusivamente con isolamenti sui solai, sostituzione dei serramenti e dell'impianto di riscaldamento. Nulla è visibile ma la cascina è ora super-performante. Le opere interne sono state progettate a cura dell'arch. Giulia Costa.

We decided to move into nature in a farmhouse all to ourselves. It is historic and we want to transform it to improve its livability without damaging its magnificent architecture

The result

Using the Superbonus deduction, work was carried out exclusively with insulation on the floors, replacement of windows and doors and the heating system. Nothing is visible but the farmhouse is now superperforming. The internal works were designed by the arch. Giulia Costa.
